What ListingLab Does

ListingLab is a Chrome extension that helps real estate agents save and compare property listings from real estate websites. It reads listing data from pages you visit and stores it locally in your browser.

Data Collection

ListingLab does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API (chrome.storage.local). This includes:

• Listing details you save (address, price, photos, etc.)
• Notes you add to listings
• Agent branding information you enter in settings

Website Access

ListingLab has permission to read data from the following websites when you click the extension icon:

• zillow.com
• redfin.com
• realtor.com

The extension only reads publicly visible listing data from pages you are actively viewing. It does not access your accounts, make network requests, or read data from any other websites.

Data Sharing

ListingLab does not share any data with third parties. Your saved listings, notes, and settings never leave your browser.

Data Deletion

You can delete all saved data at any time through the extension's Settings panel. Uninstalling the extension also removes all stored data.

Permissions Explained

• activeTab: Allows the extension to read listing data from the page you're viewing when you click the icon.
• storage: Allows saving your listings and settings locally in Chrome.
• sidePanel: Enables the side panel where you view and manage saved listings.
• scripting: Allows the extension to extract listing data from supported real estate websites.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be included in the extension update and posted here.
